This weekend will feature two massage and bodywork therapies in addition to a Ayurvedic healing class.

Abhyanga massage - To clean and detoxify the skin and lymphatic system using warm oil and lymphatic massage mixed with eastern science.

Shirodhara oil therapy - Designed to relax the mind and autonomic nervous system allowing digestion and respiration to return to normal, detoxing the mind.

You can come up for just the day or spend the entire weekend. The healing modalities are designed to remove toxins from the system. Through the art of massage, Ayurveda and other healing teachings you will leave feeling uplifted, rejuvenated & renewed.
